Navigating Concussions Inc. provides wellness and trauma-informed coaching but does not provide licensed healthcare, psychological counseling, or psychotherapy.

Our Services are not delivered by licensed physicians, psychologists, or other healthcare professionals unless explicitly stated. You acknowledge that the coaching services do not include the practice of medicine, psychology, or any other licensed healing art under California law, including but not limited to the Medical Practice Act (Bus. & Prof. Code §2000 et seq.) and California's Health Freedom Act (SB 577). We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

7. No Client-Therapist Relationship
Your use of our Services does not create a professional-client relationship. You must be accepted formally into a program to be considered a client.

This Site is intended for use by persons 18 years of age or older. By accessing the Site, you affirm that you are over the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from individuals under 13. Any information received in violation of this policy will be deleted promptly.
