A Little About Me

Hello!  I'm Dr. Molly Parker, PT, DPT and like you, I am have also lived through a long bout of Persistent Post Concussion Symptoms. 

At the time of my injury there was little to no help.  I spent years doing my own research and eventually launched the first online concussion program of its kind to help thousands of others through their journey.

I improved greatly, but after a major personal trauma I found myself struggling with CPTSD, panic attacks and concussion symptoms I couldn't quite kick.

From my work as a doctor of physical therapy I knew I was dysregulated .

If I didn't regulate my nervous system I would likely struggle to regain my health and wellbeing.  So focused on more heavily on it as part of my personal rehab.

...and it helped tremendously in all areas of my life.

Then I taught it to a group of 140 people recovering from PPCS too... and the results were incredible.  The words I heard most were- life-changing.

And well the rest is history.  The course hasn't been available again, until now!  I wish the absolute best for you and hope it helps you on your journey too!
